Leader: Put your hope in the God of Jacob
Children: God can help! God can bless your socks off!

Leader: God is the Maker of heaven and earth
All: God is faithful and loves those who try to do right

Leader: The Lord defends the oppressed and feeds the hungry
Children: He makes the blind see! He sets trapped people free!

Leader: The Lord watches out for widows and orphans and outsiders,
All: The Lord reigns for all time. Praise the Lord!

13 December 8 Advent 2A

Leader: Praise be to the Lord God, Israel's God.
Children: God helps us know real riches

Leader: The Lord is the one and only wonder working God
All: Let us praise the name of the Lord forever and always.

Leader: The earth is full of the glory of the Lord
Children: God outshines and outlasts the sun.

Leader: The Lord rules in right relationship and brings blessing,
All: Come, let us praise the Lord. Amen.

Leader: Let us go to the house of God
Children: Whoop! Whoop!

Leader: Let us find our meaning and purpose in worship
All: We were made for worship!

Leader: Let there be peace in the place of worship
Children: Let us love and care for everyone here!

Leader: Peace is with you!
All: Let us worship the Prince of Peace today.

Leader: Our God our refuge and our strength
Children: We do not need to be afraid, no matter what happens

Leader: Our God is an ever present help in times of trouble.
All: Even if the mountains should fall into the sea, we will not fear.

Leader: The Lord Almighty is with us
Children: The Lord who made the earth says peace

Leader: Be still and know that the Lord is God
All: Let us exalt the Lord, let us praise God together.

13 November 13

Leader: Let us come and thank the Lord our God
Children: The Lord is our strength and our salvation

Leader: Let us come and thank the Lord.
All: We will trust in God and we will not be afraid.

Leader: Let us come and thank God together
Children: Turn on the taps of the water of life!

Leader: Let us give praise to our holy God.
All: Let us shout and sing and rejoice together.

13 November 10

Leader: The Lord is faithful and righteous in his very being.
Children: God listens to our prayers and knows if we mean them.
All: The Lord fulfills the desires of all those who respect him.

Leader: The Lord watches over all who love him,
Children: The Lord doesn't just watch! The Lord saves us!
All: Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!
