Children: Praise God inside! Praise God outside!
All: Praise God for his acts of power.

Leader: Praise God with strings and pipes and drums
Children: Praise God with whatever you've got! Let's make some noise!
All: Let everything that has breath praise God!

Leader: Lift up your voices and give a shout of praise
Children: God has done awesome things! Whoop! Whoop!
All: We will not die but live, and proclaim what God has done!

Leader: Let us give thanks to the Lord
Children: God listened! God listened! God listened to us!
All: God has done amazing things! Let us celebrate together!

Leader: Be merciful to us O Lord, for we are in trouble

Children:  We have cried so much our eyes hurt

All: Yet will we declare, you are our God

You have delivered us from death

Leader: We are the utter laughing stock of our neighbours

Children: Let's face it - we are just not cool.

All: Yet our times are in your hands

You have delivered us so we may walk with you.

Leader: Bank the promises of God in your heart!
Children: We can rely on the word of God.
All: We will seek the Lord, and listen carefully to his word

Leader: Praise the living God
Children: What God says matters most!
All: Let us meditate on the living word, and delight in the ways of God.
