Leader: Who will listen to our fears and save us in our time of trouble?
Children: Guilt makes you tired and sick and sad
All: When we confess our sin, the Lord is faithful and forgives us.
Leader: The Lord is near.
Children: He is our safe place.
All: The Lord’s unfailing love surrounds those who trust in him.

Leader: Come, let us be honest and straight up
Children: Let’s face it. We are not perfect.
All: Blessed are those who confess and are forgiven
Leader: The Lord’s love is unfailing.
Children: Help us to learn how to do what is right
All: We trust in the Lord and we rejoice.

Children: Yes but does anyone take any notice?
All: We declare that the Lord God is king.
Leader: Serve and honor the Lord with gladness
Children: Pay attention! Listen! Learn!
All: The Lord blesses and protects all who run to him.

All: It is time to worship, to proclaim the Lord is King.
